Design of the square ‘market garden’ Grünwald

The ‘Market Garden' is a new place for the Grünwalder Citizens to meet, relax and stroll. Saturdays, while the farmer's market, happens so in the busier environment of the market and during setting statt environment the week in a quieter atmosphere. The place is like a small public stage between the Laufzorner Street and Tremmlallee. The place is all year round after dark subtly and inviting lit. The 'market garden' with its memorable amorphous shaped structures is a modern interpretation of elements of the classic cottage garden. The flower beds have thematically different Functions: There are grass - herbaceous fields with lush, blooming appearance, and Lawns for sitting and lying, transferred with ornamental apple trees and sitting and climbing stones in the gravel bottom for walking, sitting and Scrambling.
