The private Park were designed to take account of the existing features. The area’s stock of mature trees and the adjacent nature conversation area are key elements in the landscape and form the framework for the design of the individual gardens. Analysis of the site and consideration of the architecture of the buildings gave rise to the idea of interlinking the valuale, existing elements with new and modern garden plots. The homes are reached via a private drive constructed to a simple, non-instrusive design. Narrow, straight flagstone paths lead to entrances enclosed in windowbreaker glazing. The gardens are south-facing. A fluid transition between interior and exterior is provided by conservatories with projecting patios and water basins.
