Restoration and Revitalization of a multiple family dwelly Munich

The residential block was built in classic Art Noveau Style and is a listed heritage building situated in close proximity to the Harras traffic intersection. The Gardens with their mature trees, are being brought back to reflect its original design concept with, in part, replanting in certain areas. The cathedral glass windows of the stairway on the courtyard side of the building evoke the garden with the floral patterns of art noveau.
