Alois-Johannes-Lippl-Strasse Gräfelfing

New development of a Residential Building with Carport Gräfelfing
2009 – 2011

Client: Dr. Banaschewski Family Gräfelfing
Architects: Nielsen Architekten München

In the wider context of a large park with a very old tree population, to the west, borders on an extensive landscape conversation area, the house is fitted into the landscape like an elegant solitaire. The impression of the landscape is strongly marked by precious old trees population and the neighboring landscape conversation area. In the new part of the garden a landscape scenery has been created, which is characterized by the integration of elements from the immediate environment, the creative features being ‘grasses’ and  ‘forest garden’. The ‘forest garden’ is a counterpoint to the restrained nature of the mature park scape and a link to the wider surroundings.
